At Color Club, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new shades, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened nail lacquers and treatments cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack with Care
Securely pack your items in their original box or a padded mailer to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the authorization slip is inside.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
